Estate Buyers Service: Immediate cash purchases for residential contents, from individual items to complete property clearance.
The Palm Beach Collection: Premium auctions and curated sales of exceptional items for discerning collectors.
Property Liquidation Planning: Comprehensive coordination and advisory services for property transitions from start to finish.
Service Process
Evaluations: All property evaluations are estimates based on current market conditions and item condition. Final purchase prices may vary.
Cash Purchases: Payment terms and methods will be specified in individual purchase agreements. All sales are final.
Auctions: Auction terms, fees, and conditions are provided separately for each sale. Reserve prices may apply.
Advisory Services: Planning and coordination services are provided on a consultation basis with terms specified in individual agreements.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and circumstances
- Ensure you have legal authority to sell items offered
- Allow reasonable access for evaluation and removal of purchased items
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Limitations and Disclaimers
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific purchase prices, sale outcomes, or timeframes.
Condition Assessment: All purchases are made “as-is” based on visible condition at time of evaluation.
Market Fluctuations: Values may change between evaluation and final transaction.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for actions of independent contractors or service providers.
Payment and Fees
Payment terms vary by service type and will be specified in individual agreements. Auction services may include seller fees as disclosed.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Florida state law. Any disputes will be resolved in Palm Beach County courts.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
